management and finance. She enjoys the behind the scenes organization in helping

Carol is beginning her 4th year with The Chamber as its Membership Services Team
Member. She welcomes and trains our Members on their Chamber website, inputs
their data into our system and shows them areas that they can be more involved with
The Chamber, thereby increasing their business visibility. With 25 years of sales experience,
Carol has learned how to build lasting relationships and enjoys helping support members
to make those strong connections needed to grow business. If she could tell our Members
the one thing they should know about their membership, the more you connect with others,
the more you will get out of The Chamber!
To jump start your Membership benefits, email Carol at
membership@thechamber.info.Shelby Griffin- Special Events
Shelby has been a part of The Chamber as a Member since 2016 and as full-time staff
since June of 2019. Shelby enjoys the variety and fast pace that comes with her role
as events coordinator. because every day there is something new to accomplish or a
challenge to overcome (she is never bored!) Shelby would like the membership to know
that there are many ways to get involved with our events including sponsoring,
volunteering, being a vendor, or simply sharing the event on social media. Her work goal
is to increase attendance at all The Chamber’s annual events by at least 20%
because she feels the more awareness the public has of the events, the more exposure
our Member businesses receive. If you wish to contact Shelby email her at
